Subject: Thank you!

I wanted to send a thank you to the crew at Anything Wild for going over and above to help me out recently with a nasty squirrel problem.

It all started a few weeks back when my wife and I heard something in our attack. After a few days of noise I decided I should call Anything Wild based on a referral from some neighbours on my street. I spoke with Mark and within a 30 minutes his crew were at my home installing preventative grates over the roof vents and a one way door to allow the critter to leave. All was well!

Within a few days my immediate neighbour asked for number for Anything Wild because the squirrel had moved into their attic! Again Mark and crew came and identified and solved an issue with a roof dormer that was allowing access. Success again!

This is were it gets a little crazy. On St. Patrick's day my wife and I were out during the day and came back mid afternoon to relax at home. I had seen grey squirrel on my rood but knew he was not getting passed the recently installed vent grates. A few hours go by and then I hear something on or in the roof and the upstairs lights begin to flicker. Not good. I went outside and discovered a hole in the roof and insulation was scattered all over the front of the house. I had not expected this and went into a panic mode. I called Mark and explained my predictament--especially my concern that it was supposed to rain that evening.

Mark was able to accommodate having one of his crew come early the next morning--a Sunday--to look at the damage and add another one way door and live trap on the roof. I was also able to borrow a live trap which I left on the lawn. I think I as dealing with Steve, (can't recall his name) and he was very supportive, knowledgeable and explained what they would do solve the squirrel issue.

Over the next couple of days the crew came back to remove 2 different trapped grey squirrels and even fixed up the hole in the roof to at least allow me some time to get a proper repair. The problem has been resolved and I am very impressed with the service I received from Anything Wild!! Thanks to Mark and his crew for helping me out during a stressful time. I have attached a picture of the damage that we uncovered when the electrical was being redone, and yes that's a chewed roof truss behind the stripped wire.

Thanks again guys, I will definitely refer folks to Anything Wild.
